Spring in the South Bay

The crawfish boil.

For 38 years the chapter has put newspaper on the tables in Redondo Beach, poured out authentic Louisiana crawfish, and raised money so Southern California students can go to LSU.

The 38th annual boil landed March 28, 2026. People ate. Charles Favors started a second line. The scholarship fund moved. The 39th is on the calendar for spring 2027 — date and tickets will go out on the email list first.

This is not a pop-up. It is the chapter’s year. If you only come to one thing, come to this.
