Women’s Basketball Tigers beat NC State - back to the Elite 8 in NCAA tourney
The LSU Women’s Basketball team is heading to the Elite 8 for the third consecutive year after a thrilling victory over NC State tonight! 💜💛 The 2023 National Champs are proving once again why they’re a force to be reckoned with in the NCAA Tournament. 💪🏀And the championship energy doesn’t stop there – just days after the LSU Women’s Gymnastics team claimed the SEC Championship and seeded No. 1 in the NCAA tournament that starts April 3, the Tigers are keeping the winning momentum alive! 🐯🎯Two powerhouse programs. One unstoppable Tiger spirit. 💜💛
LSU Women’s Gymnastics Team Wins 2025 SEC Championship and Secures No. 1 Seed in NCAA Tourney 🐯🏅
The LSU Women’s Gymnastics team won the SEC Championship, on March 14,cementing their dominance in the conference. With this win, the Tigers earned the No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament, automatically advancing to a Regional Second Round in University Park, PA, on April 5. If they advance, they complete in Regional Finals on April 5.
